Agnès Guémené Jørgensen
Regulatory Affairs Manager - Denmark, DuPont Danisco
Following a Baccalauréat specialised in laboratory and chemistry, two years at the Technical University of Angers, France, taught me the different processes used in the food industry. I then entered the Engineering School of Montpellier, France, in the food technology department.Following a dairy industry training period, with the Triballat company, studying the physical chemistry of dairy and soy products, I wished to focus on dairy products and to develop my international profile. Therefore, following a double diploma, I applied for the Dairy Master’s Degree at KVL, Denmark. Today, I am working as regulatory affairs Manager in the food area in Danisco A/S in Copenhagen and try to learn the danish language. In my free time, I like to visit new places, play basket ball and music (keyboard and just start violin).
