Dear contacts,
After a Bachelor Degree in International Marketing and Management at IDRAC Lyon, I was recruited as a VIE (French contract) in the Danish subsidiary of CNH Parts & Services (Fiat group) based in Copenhagen.
My task is to assist the local marketing team to analyze the results of the eight Nordic and Baltic countries, manage the implementation of product lines following centralized decisions and monitor those which do not sell as well as we hoped, so that we can find solutions and act in consequence. It is then a dual Marketing/sales mission.
It is for me such a great opportunity and I thank the company for allowing me to join them.

• To be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan.
• Establish and maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of various communications with outside vendors, such as printers and mail houses, to meet their designated due date.
• Assist in marketing research.
• Create and distribute rollout communications for program updates, product enhancements, direct marketing programs and sales tools. Maintain marketing plan flowchart.
• Participate and support promotional campaign
• Assist in financial responsibilities: estimating, billing, reporting and invoicing for marketing fees and expenses, cooperative advertising requests and documentation.
• Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
• Carefully monitor communications response data and other performance and marketing metrics
• Interact and correspond with members of the sales, editorial, media, finance, marketing, and advertising groups.
